We are looking for Motorcycle Salespeople to help guide our customers onto the best fitting Harley-Davidson®. A passion for motorcycles is a must. Previous dealership experience is great, but not needed. Enthusiasm and passion can always trump experience or lack of.
Empire Harley-Davidson has a great in-house training program, along with some excellent off-site training opportunities.
Individuals must have a current state driver's license with motorcycle endorsement, possess the ability to think pro-actively, work on a team and react to every day changes while giving each customer the "Harley-Davidson® Experience" they deserve.

Job description
We are looking for a BDC/Internet Sales Representative. The BDC Rep is responsible for handling all incoming sales phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls). BDC Representatives will strive to generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction in ownership, as well as in marketing efforts by accurately obtaining and logging customer sources. A passion for motorcycles is a must. Previous dealership experience is great, but not needed. Enthusiasm and passion can always trump experience or lack of.

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
- Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- Keep website up-to-date with vehicle specifications and availability
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
- Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management
Education
College Degree preferred but not required
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
